The basic wine is pure solitude, and the rarity is underlined by the fact that it is the only known sparkling wine so far, which is produced by the process of 4 fermentations.
A white brut nature sparkling wine, without any use of sulfur. The base wine consists of two grape varieties – the Rumeni Plavec (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), which grow on carbonate soils of the best locations in Drenovac and Orešje in Bizeljsko. Its rarity is emphasized by the fact that this is the only known sparkling wine produced using a four-fermentation process.
