The general terms and conditions define the operation of the Penine Istenič (hereinafter: the Provider) Web Site, the rights and obligations of the buyer and regulate the business relationship between provider and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (time of placing order to the subscription system). The buyer shall be reminded of the general terms and conditions every time when placing the order and confirming his knowledge of them by placing the order.

3. Method of payment and prices

The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium, with the costs broken down. The purchase agreement is stored electronically on the provider’s server and accessible to the customer on its e-mail.
All product prices are published on the Penine Istenič website. The prices of individual products are stated in euros and include VAT and are valid at the time of placing the order.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Discounts and promotional codes do not add up.

Purchased products must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract. The products must be returned to the provider undamaged, in unaltered quantity, unless the products are destroyed, damaged, without the fault of the buyer.
