Please read and review these terms and conditions of Isteniè online shop carefully before submitting your order.
Ordering:
After you have submitted your order, you shall receive an email about your order. If you do not receive this email, it means that we have not received your order. In that case we ask you to resubmit your order or call us. The most common cause of problems is a mistake in the email address you provide. Your order/contract will be saved in an electronic and written form at our company headquarters. Should you so request, we can send it to you in an electronic or written (copy) form to your desired address.
Delivery and delivery costs:
All items on stock will be dispatched within three working days after we have submitted your order! There is no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you have any special requests, call us at +386 (0)1 5157885 (mornings) or +386 (0)41 615262 (any time), or send us an email.
We use Intereuropa Express courier post as our delivery service. Payment should be made in 8 days by postal order, bank transfer or immediately on receipt. We don't charge for postage so the buyer only pays for the ordered items. If you pay by postal order or bank transfer, the transactor (bank, post office) will charge you a fee that depends on their own terms and conditions.
We only sell and deliver on the territory of Republic of Slovenia.
The items that are out of stock will be delivered in 30 working days or less. If you have provided us with your telephone number or email address, we will also notify you about that!
Prices and VAT:
All the prices indicated are in SIT and include the 20% VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice!
Privacy:
To complete your order, Isteniè d.o.o. needs some personal data. All the information received will be kept secret and never given to a third party.
Guarantee:
We guarantee to replace any faulty items free of charge within 60 day from the date of purchase! The buyer covers the cost of returning damaged items to our shop!
Complaints/Returning an item:
You can return or exchange any item free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt if you are not happy with it or for any other reason. If you have received an item that is not what you were really looking for, we will be happy to exchange it for you or give you your money back within the legal time period. You cannot withdraw from the contract if the goods were made to your specific instruction and/or adjusted to your personal needs and are thus not returnable.
Send the item with undamaged packaging and in unchanged quantity, with all the documentation, to Isteniè d.o.o., Celov¹ka 72, 1000 Ljubljana, with a note, "I don't like this item. Please give me my money back/exchange it with another..."
