Appropriate temperature
We should chill sparkling wine for at least one hour prior to serving. If it is too warm, it will bubble too much, and the taste will be different as well. We suggest you serve it at 4 to 6 C. Red sparkling wine Miha is best at 8 to 10 C. We dissuade from chilling sparkling wine in a freezer, as it can ruin the harmony of its flavour.

Organizing a party
Fill the refrigerator with sparkling wine the day before the party. Getting the wine to the right temperature can also be achieved with some help of an ice and water-filled bucket or kitchen sink. If you’re in a hurry, a little salt in the ice mixture can help.

During the party, opened bottles should be kept in ice. If the guests pour the wine by themselves, provide an appropriate towel next to the bottle to prevent the cold water from dripping.
