A demi sec red sparkling wine, at the very top of its class.

The base wine is made by a special process to extract colour from skin contact, but as little tannin as possible. It spends at least two years on lees.

50% pinot noir, 50% modra frankinja

Dystric brown soil, on Pliocene or Quaternary clay and loam, 60% leached pseudogley, inclined, dystric, shallow, 40% medium deep
Serving suggestion:
Alongside game and strong cheeses. Serve at 6°C to 8°C
