The basic line in the Istenič sparkling wine range.
Usually demi sec or dry, it is made from laški rizling, chardonnay and rumeni plavec, and spends at least 18 months on lees.
- Blend:
- 50% chardonnay, 30% rumeni plavec, 20% laški rizling
- Alcohol content:
- 12.0% Vol
- Soil composition:
- Dystric brown soil, on Pliocene or Quaternary clay and loam, 60% leached pseudogley, inclined, dystric, shallow, 40% medium deep
- Serving suggestion:
- A wine for socialising, matches any food, a must for entertaining. Serve at 4°C to 6°C
